Music Ministry

Southern Oaks Music Ministry seeks to use the talents

given by God to Worship Him and draw others to Him.

 

 Worship Outlets include:

 

Celebration Choir  

 

A large group that leads worship through singing in our traditional service, leading in hymns,

 

specials and seasonal musicals.

 

 We meet (almost) every Wednesday evening from 7:15 to 8:30 in the Worship Center 

and is open to High Schoolers and older.

 

 

Celebration Orchestra

 

An instrumental group that leads worship through playing in our

 

traditional service along side the Celebration Choir.

  

We meet (almost) every Wednesday evening from 7:15 to 8:30 in the Music Suite

behind the Worship Center and is open to High Schoolers, Middle Schoolers by audition and older.

 

  

Praise Team

  

A mixed ensemble of Singers and Worship Band (guitars, drums, keyboards)

that lead Worship in our contemporary service.

My Tribute Choir

 

A choral group for our Senior Citizens (55 +) that meets from

Labor day to Memorial Day at 12:30 on Monday's.

 

This group periodically leads in worship in selected services and attends a special Choir Festival every year.
